1. Our Service

NationalGOTV provides tools to help campaigns and organizations reach voters through voice, SMS, email, and live calling. The platform is powered by Activist Central. We work to maintain and improve the Service, fix issues and release updates, and keep the platform secure. We may update or modify features at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NationalGOTV only for lawful campaign or organizational purposes.

• -Send spam or unsolicited messages without consent
• -Use the platform for illegal or misleading activities
• -Violate messaging, privacy, or telecommunications laws
• -Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. Messaging Compliance

NationalGOTV provides tools for SMS, email, robocalls, and live calling. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consent requirements, opt-out handling, and 10DLC registration for SMS. We provide guidance, but compliance is your responsibility.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload, including contact lists, messages, and campaign data. We process and store this data only to operate the Service. We do not sell your data.

5. Team Access

If you add team members or volunteers, you are responsible for their access and you control permissions within your account.

6. Payments and Billing

If you use paid services, pricing is shown before purchase. Usage-based services are billed based on actual activity. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be maintenance periods, downtime, or unexpected outages.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NationalGOTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
